End to End Process
We offer a turn key end to end solution for Data Centre companies. Cross connects can be either fibre or copper cabling and Indigo Telecom Group ensure that they are installed within a guaranteed SLA predefined by our customer. Indigo Telecom Group carefully plan the route of the cross connects through the data centre to ensure diversity where required. We document the route using state of the art mapping technology and Indigo Telecom Group maintain sufficient stock levels of cable supplies to ensure short lead times.

Meet Me Room Design and Management MMR
Indigo Telecom Group are responsible for all the cross connect interconnections between carriers and customers in the Meet Me Room. This includes policing access, quality control checks and documentation of interconnections.

Indigo Telecom Group are certified accredited installers of all the major global brands of data and fibre cabling. Our technicians are highly trained to the latest global standards including any brand specific installation methodologies.
