Incident Response Team (IRT)
Indigo Telecom will be providing continuous services during the Covid-19 pandemic. To that effect, we have implemented an Incident Response Team that is monitoring and managing all COVID-19 related issues.
We will adapt our safety and operational measures as warranted by the day-to-day situation. We will continue to monitor and follow the advice of the local government. Should circumstances escalate, we will work with all customers to prioritise and organise critical works.

Local Government Policies
Indigo Telecom Group are defined as an essential service provider (Key Workers/Industries) and as such will continue to operate as normal within local government recommendations.
Protected Movement of Staff and Spare Parts
In light of the increased restrictions that we are seeing implemented across several countries in which we operate, we have made sure that our engineers and business partners, such as logistics services, have been provided with documentation that confirms their business critical movements. This is enabling engineers and service partners to move in areas of lock down and continue to attend our customers locations.
Health and Safety
We are committed to everyone’s well-being and will continue to provide the correct PPE where available. Regular reminders go to all staff and our partner ecosystem with details of how to maintain good personal hygiene, social distancing as prescribed by the nation state and constant observation of the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 in themselves and co-workers so that we can maintain ongoing resilience throughout this Pandemic.
Continued Front and Back Office Operations
We have adapted our Business Continuity Plan to conform with Government advice to adopt social distancing with all employees working from home.
Our Global Support Centre (GSC) remains operational 24/7 as normal who are tirelessly ‘Keeping the World on Go’.
