Genesis ATS is an Equipment and Service provider to Fortune 500 and Major Carrier Customers in the US and Internationally. Providing true lifecycle management solutions, from install/decommission, logistics support, field engineering and network transformation services, to IntelliNet™; the intelligent alternative to OEM sparing and maintenance programs.
With an ever-increasing demand for Customer Premises Equipment installation and support services, Genesis ATS required a global partner who understood the local complexities of sourcing and organising in-Country resources to successfully execute high volume activities against challenging timelines.
Utilising an extensive global eco-system of trusted partners, Indigo Telecom Group was able to leverage its well established resource management tools to create a global database of engineering resource who could be called upon to support existing and new CPE locations.
This allows for the partner companies to collaboratively manage activities, NOC to NOC communications, and dispatch Indigo international resources when needed. Supported by local in-Country management teams, Indigo- Telecom Group was able to address a wide range of short-lead time requests including data destruction, CPE installation and CPE replacement activities. These activities now span Europe, Africa, South America, and Asia Pacific.
The responsiveness shown by the Indigo Telecom Group teams has expanded Genesis ATS’ ability to achieve a wider footprint of services and added support for its customers; not just from an order processing perspective but also in relation to retrieving valuable on site info to facilitate ongoing and future site activities.
