Dave Healy is appointed to the Head of SHEQ and joins the Indigo ExCom

David, formerly the HSEQ Manager at 4site, the company acquired by Indigo in 2019, has been with our organisation for 3 years. He has been instrumental in driving the development of SHEQ systems on the 4site side of the business. With almost 25 years’ experience in telecoms and health and safety having started his career as a Telecoms Engineer in 1996, David brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.

Prior to joining Indigo, David led the Environmental, Health and Safety Team at Obelisk. He also spent 12 years in the British Army’s Royal Corps of Signals as a Communications Engineer. There he was responsible for the design and build of fixed line and wireless communication networks in support of the UK’s global military operations.

David said “3 years ago joining 4site was a no-brainer for me given 4site’s reputation in the telecoms industry.  I am delighted for the opportunity to take on the Head of SHEQ as we move forward under one strengthened brand with Indigo.”

Ian Duggan, Indigo CEO said “SHEQ is at the forefront of what we do at Indigo. Health and safety is critical to the future success of our business, especially as we continue to grow our wider service offering into new markets. This appointment is an important step in making SHEQ central across all the functions of our business.”

David’s focus will be to expand this remit to the whole group and develop and implement our SHEQ strategy across all 90 countries. David will work closely with the health and safety team to ensure continued compliance with all required Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality legislation.
