Indigo is delighted to have been awarded Investors in People (IIP) We invest in people, gold accreditation.
Gold accreditation means that we have got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from CEO to apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life.
Only 17% of IIP accredited organisations achieve Gold.
Indigo has implemented a number of measures to assess how we invest in our people; how we engage, communicate and develop our staff.
