He spent the last 28 years working in the recruitment sector unearthing top talent across the UK, EMEA, APAC, South America and Russia. He has an expansive international network and with his team will be supporting Indigo’s global expansion.

With CIPD qualifications focused on improving organisational performance, resource and talent management, and employment law, Geoff will be working with our Group HR Director to develop the recruitment strategy for the group, the employee value proposition, and much more with attraction and retention as a primary focus.

Indigo delivers valued benefits to an impressive tier one and two customer base around the globe and it’s clear to see why our offering is in demand.

“This is an exciting time to be joining Indigo and I believe the team and I will play a pivotal role in allowing Indigo to meet their increasing resource demands”

Sam Price joins the team as Talent Acquisitions Specialist.

Sam has been working within telecommunications recruitment for the past several years. He has worked with the very best talent across the telecommunications industry, specialising in the fibre market.

Sam has a background in customer service along with sales experience too. He looks to build solid relationships with candidates, clients, and suppliers alike as he believes this is a key attribute to working in this industry.

As part of his new role, Sam is looking to bring his recruitment expertise to help source the very best talent for Indigo.

“I can’t wait to get going with Indigo. I have already worked closely with Indigo/4site during my time in the industry, and know what a fantastic company they are. I am looking forward to the challenge and hope to continue to provide the best talent for the company.”
