by Geoff Ballard, Global Recruitment Manager

Geoff Ballard Recruitment ManagerHave you ever stopped and considered what the world be like without the telecoms infrastructure? Of course you haven’t. Although it is vital to everyday life, it is this critical infrastructure that keeps the world moving forward. It’s a given that these things are just there and working.

The world as we know it would fall to its knees and society would break down due to its significance. Think of the chaos when just 3 Apps – Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp were out for 6 short hours in October 2021. [See BBC Article here] Any issues could cause the economy to collapse, emergency services would become ineffective, and supply chains would stop working

To keep this digital infrastructure working, the world needs unsung superheroes, and Indigo is a world leader packed with them. Our teams support each other to preserve and improve society’s way of life around the globe on a 24/7/365 basis. Indigo’s unsung teams act with honour and integrity taking on a responsibility to maintain the infrastructure that keeps the world a safe place.
