Indigo is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and through the Quality Management System, have developed processes that create and systematically control the products and services on offer, thereby ensuring the needs and expectations of customers and partners are met.

We are certified to ISO 14001:2015 and through the Environmental Management System, have a systematic way of identifying and controlling the effects the company has on the environment challenges.

Indigo is certified to ISO 27001:2022 and through the Information Security Management System, are committed to implement and maintain systems to protect information and data, assess security risks and threats and ensure effective business continuity processes.

We are certified to ISO 45001:2018 and through the Health and Safety Management System, are committed to implement, maintain and continually improve an effective safety culture to promote a safe and healthy working environment and achieve better occupational health and safety performance.
Safe Contractor
We are certified to SafeContractor which recognises very high standards in health and safety management. We’re committed to sustainable and ethical practices
Investors in People
We were awarded Investors in People in 2019 and were honoured with a Gold certificate which we consistently maintain each year. Gold accreditation means that we have the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone takes ownership for making them come to life.

Indigo is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number Z1741062, and the independent authority upholds information rights in the public interest and data privacy.
NicEic
Indigo has been assessed as having the technical capability to carry out electrical installation work in accordance with the requirements of BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), except in potentially explosive atmospheres.
CHAS
With our CHAS accreditation we strengthen our supply chain compliance, mitigate risks and support efficient supply chain management.
Ecovadis
Indigo belongs to the top 15% of all evaluated companies to achieve Silver status in EcoVadis rating
Registered Waste Carrier
Indigo is registered as a Waste Carrier with Natural Resources Wales under registration number CBDU2098, and the duty of care aims to protect the environment and human health.
