Leadership Team

Chris joined the Indigo board as Chairman in May 2025. He is non-executive chairman with private equity backed businesses Espria, Flow and Vaioni, as well as sitting on the board of Velos IoT. Prior to this, he was CEO of managed services providers Redcentric and Azzurri, fibre network operator Neos Networks, and managing director of Daisy Group’s solutions business.

Chris started working life at BT as a pre-sales engineer, developing his career there over 20 years including spells in Germany, Switzerland and latterly was one of the founding team at Openreach. He has a master’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Leeds University and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.

Michel joined Indigo as Group CEO on May 1st 2025. Formerly Michel was CEO of Epsilon Telecommunications which he led for four years prior to this, had a career at both Claranet and Dimension Data. He has a strong track record of successfully growing international private equity backed technology services businesses both organically and through acquisitions. Michel is based out of the UK and US, supporting the local teams, key customers and partners.

A results orientated, solutions driven, highly focussed CFO with international credentials who has considerable expertise with improving business performance in Private Equity, FTSE as well as smaller growth focussed companies within the manufacturing and service sector. Nigel is a member of the Indigo Board.

With more than 25 years’ experience across global telecoms, subsea infrastructure, commercial strategy and customer growth, Nick brings significant industry knowledge and strong commercial leadership to Indigo as Chief Revenue Officer.

Nick leads Indigo’s commercial strategy, helping strengthen customer relationships, expand our international presence and identify new growth opportunities across hyperscalers, carriers and critical digital infrastructure providers. His insight and experience support Indigo’s continued growth, ensuring we translate our operational expertise into long-term value for customers and partners.

With nearly 20 years of experience in IT and telecoms and six successful years at Indigo, Rich’s dedication, and leadership have moved him up the ranks to Chief Operations Officer

Focusing on customer satisfaction, his insights, and experience help uncover innovative solutions, enabling our clients to create enhanced business experiences and forge deeper connections with their own customers.

With more than 20 years’ experience across technology, cyber security, governance and IT operations, Will brings extensive technical expertise and strong strategic leadership to Indigo as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer.

Will leads Indigo’s technology and information security strategy, ensuring our systems, data and digital operations remain secure, resilient and aligned with business goals. Drawing on experience across the UK, Middle East and America, he supports regulatory compliance, strengthens risk management and leads the delivery of technology solutions that enable Indigo to operate and grow with confidence.

With extensive experience in people strategy, operational excellence, and supporting global businesses growing at pace, Sue brings strong leadership and deep expertise to Indigo as Chief People Officer.
