Ian joined Indigo as Group CEO in March 2021. He founded and served as CEO of 4site since 2003 which was acquired by Indigo Telecom Group in 2019. Ian turned a start-up into a leading provider of planning, design and engineering services to the telecoms industry in the UK and Ireland. Ian drives the strategic growth of the global business through his role as CEO and Indigo Board member.
Experienced and supportive private equity investor specialising in true partnership deals with founder/owners and entrepreneurial management.
Kyla joined Indigo as Chief People Office and member of the Board in October 2022. Kyla is an experienced People professional who has held both generalist and specialist senior roles in in HR, Learning and Development, Reward and Business Transformation/Change. Prior to joining Indigo she has worked in both large global organisations and smaller enterprises in various sectors including Construction and Engineering, Hospitality and Travel. Kyla is also a Non-Executive Director at the People’s Partnership, the not for profit organisation behind the People’s Pension.
Experienced senior telecommunications executive, working successfully within the Subsea Cable and ‘Alt Net’ FTTx sector and its investor base across Europe. Ray is a member of the Indigo Board and has responsibility for overall business strategy, global development and customer growth.
Working with private equity and venture capital-backed telecoms and technology businesses for over 25 years, including COLT Telecom Group, Peter is a Chartered Accountant with a wide range of commercial leadership experiences, including raising funds and M&A. Peter is a member of the Indigo Board.
With nearly 20 years of experience in IT and telecoms and six successful years at Indigo, Rich’s dedication, and leadership have moved him up the ranks to Global Operations Director.
Rich plays a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across our worldwide operations. Focusing on customer satisfaction, his insights, and experience help uncover innovative solutions, enabling our clients to create enhanced business experiences and forge deeper connections with their own customers.
Dom has a diverse range of telecoms experience spanning over 25 years, with roles & responsibilities at all levels coupled with extensive technical knowledge. Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Chartered Construction Manager and PRINCE2 Practitioner certified.
Ron Righter brings over 18 years experience in telecoms and held various senior positions in Vodafone in the US & UK. Most recently he led Vodafone Business’ Over-The-Top (OTT) vertical globally. He is a hugely experienced leader with a wide network and experience in delivering strategic profitable growth, and will be key to our expanding US operations.
Niall is Indigo’s Director for the UK and Ireland. He brings many years of experience in wireless and fibre. Niall worked as the Operations Director at Indigo’s Irish subsidiary, 4site and transfers his experience and knowledge of the company for the whole of Indigo.
Ian Williams is Indigo’s Director in EMEA. Ian is an experienced Sales Director with consistent success in establishing and building profitable long-term business in communications services and successful outcomes for customers. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the telecoms industry and drives growth in our global Key Accounts.
Working in the telecommunications industry for 25 years, Liz is responsible for driving all marketing strategies and creating a strong brand position globally. Before that, she held senior marketing roles at SaaS companies and BT Global Services.
Dave has 25 years’ experience in telecoms and health and safety having started his career as a Telecoms Engineer in 1996. He also served in the army until 2008, where he was trained in communications and information systems.
Chris Portlock is Indigo’s Director of Technology. He spearheads the development of cutting-edge tools that propel Indigo toward a future-focused vision and keeps the company at the leading edge of diverse technologies.
