Thanks from Assembly Managed
We just got a wonderful thank you from a new customer, Assembly Managed Services.
“After experiencing a poor performance from another outsource engineering company I was wary of risking our reputation by appointing an unknown resource to attend to a sensitive client site.
However, the partner introduction to Indigo was strong and our Indigo contact, Paul Schneider, impressed me with his attitude, responsiveness to email and phone calls as well as a no issue comprehension of our requirements.
So, with very little notice I instructed Indigo to deploy an engineer to one of our Paris based clients for some urgent out of hours work. The engineer attended on site, was smartly dressed and behaved perfectly. He carried out the required works without fault and my client was delighted with his abilities and our reputation remained sound.
Since that visit, we have instructed Indigo for another Out of Hours engineering attendance and again with excellent results. We are now looking to formalise a longer term arrangement to fulfill our own overseas engineering shortfall and we expect a long successful relationship with Indigo. I offer my sincere thanks for their first class work.”
